Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations Tenants may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time with 15 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.

2. Custom Engineering Milestones Initial setup, onboarding provisioning, and custom software engineering milestone fees are non-refundable once technical work has been commenced and accepted under the Statement of Work.

3. Disputed Billing Billing discrepancies reported within 30 days of invoice date will be reviewed within 5 business days, with approved credits applied to the subsequent invoice.
