1. Scope & Commitment Ruhanir IT ("we", "us", or "our"), an operational technology division of Ruhanir Engine, is committed to safeguarding the privacy and integrity of information entrusted to us by platform visitors, tenant organizations, and authorized portal users.

2. Information We Process We collect and process information solely to operate our multi-tenant ERP platform, provision client portals, and communicate with prospective engineering clients: - **Tenant Administrator Data**: Name, work email address, telephone contact, and organization identity required to initialize and manage portal tenancy. - **Client Portal End-User Data**: Under our multi-tenant architecture, data entered into an individual tenant's portal (such as student records, patient registrations, customer orders, or staff profiles) belongs strictly to that tenant organization. Ruhanir IT acts as a data processor; the tenant organization is the data controller. - **Technical & Security Telemetry**: IP addresses, browser user-agent tokens, and security challenge signals processed to protect platform integrity against automated credential stuffing and denial-of-service attempts.

3. Database Security & Access Control Tenant data is stored in our managed PostgreSQL infrastructure with authenticated access controls and tenant-scoped queries. Every database request requires valid credentials, and access to tenant records is restricted to authorized operators of that tenant.

4. No Data Monetization We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade client or tenant data to third-party data brokers or behavioral advertisers.
