Connecting your custom domain

You can host your portal on your own domain (e.g. portal.schoolname.edu.bd). Here is what you need to do:

1.Choose a subdomain at your domain provider (such as portal.yourname.com).

2.Create a CNAME record pointing your subdomain to our designated edge router hostname.

3.Enter the custom domain in your portal onboarding application.

4.Our network provisions an automated SSL certificate and binds it to your portal.

How portal provisioning works

We do not use artificial promises or instant automated timers. Every workspace is set up systematically:

1.Application review: Our engineering team manually reviews your submitted organization details.

2.Workspace setup: We configure your database partition, initial user accounts, and activated modules.

3.Credential handover: Administrative login credentials and documentation are delivered securely to your authorized administrator.

Current platform limits

We tell the truth about what the software does and does not include today.

•Online payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, cards) are not integrated yet; payments are recorded offline in the portal ledger.

•Automated SMS dispatch via third-party telecommunications APIs is not connected; communications appear digitally in the portal.

•Automated third-party courier APIs are not connected.

•Hardware turnstiles, biometric door controllers, and digital locker grids are not supported.

•Supported operational verticals are strictly Academies and coaching centers, Restaurants, and Personal brand portfolios.
