Why does Ruhanir IT not publish rigid one-size-fits-all plan cards?
Operating businesses vary significantly in size, terminal counts, and data requirements. An academy with 50 students has entirely different database and record requirements than a busy multi-table restaurant. We provide customized, realistic quotes based on your exact requirements rather than forcing you into arbitrary tier boundaries.
Are there long-term contractual lock-ins?
No. Standard Ruhanir ERP subscriptions operate on flexible monthly or annual commitments. If you choose to discontinue service, your data can be fully exported in standard formats (CSV/JSON/SQL dump) upon formal request.
How are payment transactions handled in Bangladesh?
We accept payments via corporate bank transfer (BEFTN/RTGS), bank cheques, and recognized business mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad merchant accounts). Every transaction is issued a formal tax invoice.
