1. Agreement Overview By accessing the Ruhanir IT website (it.ruhanir.com), submitting onboarding applications, or utilizing our multi-tenant ERP portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Commercial Use Ruhanir ERP is licensed for lawful commercial, educational, and organizational operations. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that all content and records uploaded to their portals comply with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

3. Account Security & Credential Responsibility Tenants and administrators must maintain the confidentiality of administrative credentials and immediately report any unauthorized access or security compromise to **support@ruhanir.com**.

4. Platform Modifications & Upgrades We continuously improve Ruhanir ERP through non-breaking feature updates and security patches. Material changes to core schemas or scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via administrative notices.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All official business is transacted under Trade License No. **3401322207**.
