Master SaaS Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Grant Subject to timely payment of subscription fees, Ruhanir IT grants the tenant organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and utilize the selected Ruhanir ERP vertical portal during the agreed subscription term.

2. Billing & Invoicing Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified in the service quote. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to settle outstanding balances within 14 calendar days may result in portal access suspension following formal notice.

3. Data Ownership & Transition The tenant organization retains sole proprietary ownership of all business records, customer transactions, and operational data stored within the portal. Upon termination, data can be exported in standard formats.
