1. Physical Site Survey & Bill of Materials Physical structured cabling installations require a prior physical site inspection. The client must formally approve the technical Bill of Materials (BOM) before equipment procurement.

2. Site Readiness & Access The client is responsible for providing uninterrupted physical access, safe electrical power feeds, and cable conduit pathways during agreed deployment windows.

3. Hardware Warranty Physical hardware (switches, firewalls, access points) carries standard manufacturer warranties. Ruhanir IT provides a 90-day installation workmanship warranty.

Language Priority: In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the English text and any Bangla translation, the English version shall prevail and govern all legal interpretations.

ভাষাগত প্রাধান্য: ইংরেজি পাঠ এবং কোনো বাংলা অনুবাদের মধ্যে কোনো ধরনের অসঙ্গতি বা বিরোধ দেখা দিলে ইংরেজি সংস্করণটি প্রাধান্য পাবে।
