1. Statement of Work (SOW) Structure All custom software development projects are governed by an individual Statement of Work specifying technical scope, milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules.

2. Acceptance Testing Upon delivery of each milestone, the client has a 10-business-day acceptance testing window to verify functionality against documented specifications.

3. Warranty & Defect Rectification Custom software modules include a 30-day warranty post-handover for critical bug rectification directly attributable to delivered scope.

Language Priority: In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the English text and any Bangla translation, the English version shall prevail and govern all legal interpretations.
