Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Activities Tenants and users may not use Ruhanir IT platforms or portals for: - Unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing conduct under the laws of Bangladesh. - Generating unsolicited commercial bulk email (spam) or automated phishing campaigns. - Attempting unauthorized penetration testing or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against platform infrastructure without written authorization.

2. Enforcement & Suspension Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of portal access to preserve infrastructure stability and legal compliance.
